After the initial consultation and your written order confirmation, the actual project phase begins.

1. Concept: In conversation with you, we determine the important parameters: Who do you want to reach with your website, what do you want to emphasize in particular and what specific wishes do you already have regarding the appearance of your new website.
2. Web design draft: We create an initial draft for the design of your website and coordinate the details with you.
3. Setting up the website and programming: Once the basic design is in place, it’s time to start programming. The test environment is set up by us and your website is created in the CMS WordPress.
4. Creation of texts, editing of photos: If not already available, the texts and photos as well as graphics are already being created or edited. Here we work in close contact with you.
5. Insertion of texts, images and other content (videos, graphics, databases, etc.) including search engine optimization: The content is now inserted into the existing basic layout and arranged perfectly so that the website looks good on both large screens and smartphones looks and – above all! – is easy to read.
6. Test run and final touch-up: Almost done – before the website is made public for guests and visitors, there is the obligatory test run with you. We check all functionalities and improve the last little things.
7. Final acceptance and going online: After your acceptance, your website will go online. Done!

For ongoing technical support and maintenance, you are of course welcome to conclude a maintenance contract with us.

For the best possible course of the project, we depend heavily on your cooperation – this includes, among other things, the timely delivery of (usable) photos, logos and texts. If you need support with one of the points mentioned, we are at your side as a competent partner and will be happy to take care of professional photos, graphics and texts.

After the non-binding initial consultation, you will receive an offer from us. As soon as you have confirmed the order for our cooperation, the actual work begins for us: conception, setting up the system including the domain, first draft of the web design and the text creation. Small web projects can be put online after just 3 weeks if the project progresses optimally. For larger projects, we will agree a schedule with you.

When developing our websites, we use the CMS (Content Management System) WordPress as standard. It is easy to use, especially for non-programmers, and offers a wide range of options in the areas of content maintenance, layout and user-friendliness.

You will receive the access data for your website from us, which you can use to access the administrative area so that you can maintain the content there yourself. We would be happy to show you in a training course how to work optimally with your system.

The abbreviation CMS stands for Content Management System. To put it comprehensibly, it means nothing other than that such websites can be maintained without special programming knowledge. Most functions are self-explanatory in the system, so you can hardly go wrong.

However, you should leave the technical support of a CMS in the hands of a professional (e.g. us). We know which updates are necessary and which settings hinder or improve your system.

Unfortunately, like printed brochures, websites can become obsolete. A relaunch (the revision of an existing website) is then appropriate. However, there is almost as much work involved here as for a completely new website, except that the content is usually already available.
